The Initiates Panier des Sens

Joining the Les Initiés program at Panier des Sens is free and very easy: all you have to do is create an account on our website, panierdessens.com. You can also create your account right in the store with the help of our staff.

As soon as you sign up, you'll automatically receive 10 welcome points.

There are two ways to earn points:

• When you make a purchase on our website or in-store: 1 € spent = 1 point
• By completing missions offered in your Les Initiés area Panier des Sens

Your points will be credited automatically once your order is confirmed.

Yes, your points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. If they are not redeemed for a reward, the points will expire. You will be notified in advance when certain points are about to expire.

In the event of a return or refund, whether full or partial, the points associated with this order will be automatically deducted from your Les Initiés Panier des Sens account.

You can check your status at any time by logging in to your Les Initiés account at Panier des Sens, under the “Loyalty Program” tab. You can also ask a sales associate in-store for more information; just provide your email address at the register.

Generally speaking, no. However, in one specific case, two discounts can be combined: the referral discount can be combined with a welcome discount code (for the friend who is new to the brand).

For each referral:

• Your referral will receive a €5 discount on their first order.
• You'll also receive a €5 discount on your next order of at least €15 once your referral's order has been confirmed.

The referral program is available to customers who have already placed an order. It is reserved for new customers who are referred. Discount codes associated with the referral program are valid for 14 days for the referred customer and 60 days for the referrer.
