Cedre sauvage

Its resinous, leathery notes will plunge you into the heart of an untamed forest. For some, the heart notes will conjure up scents reminiscent of crayons, a veritable ode to the fondest memories of our childhood. Top notes: delicate white flowers. Heart notes: bold cedar wood blended with the warmer essences of vetiver. Base notes: bewitching, almost animalic leather combined with oakmoss on a woody amber base.

How to extinguish a candle?

Never blow out the wick to extinguish the candle: dip the wick into the hot wax using a holder, then straighten it out. Before each use, cut the wick by 5mm for optimal burning. How do I burn a candle correctly?

To prevent the glass from darkening, check that the wick is straight and centered when you extinguish it, to ensure even consumption of the wax in subsequent uses.

Our candles contain 100% vegetable wax, but are they natural? Yes! Natural wax can be both mineral and vegetable-the difference?

Vegetable wax, extracted from plants such as soya or rice, is biodegradable and has the advantage of giving off no black smoke when burned-mineral wax, made from kerosene, is very often used to make candles-it has several advantages: it's readily available, colorless and odorless-it's non-renewable-on the other hand-in a more eco-responsible approach-all the candles in this collection are made from 100% vegetable wax, derived from soya and sunflower.
