As Store Manager, you will be responsible, with your team, for the qualitative image of the brand " Panier des Sens "brand, thanks to a warm welcome and attentive service.
You coordinate and optimize the daily activity of your store: reception and sales to customers, supply and stock management, merchandising, management of the sales team.
You will train and lead your team by developing a keen sense of hospitality and a taste for selling cosmetics and beauty products.
You will benefit from the assistance and expertise of the Franchisor's services: product training, merchandising, in-store services, management of dashboards and monitoring of commercial activity .
You will report directly to the manager of the franchised company. Profile sought With proven management experience as a profit center manager, ideally in the specialized retail sector (perfumery, cosmetics, decoration, delicatessen, jewelry,) we are looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, rigorous, autonomous personality with managerial experience and with real potential for development.
In a strong and dynamic local competitive environment, we expect this person to be able to lead an active business development strategy in relation to local and visiting customers, as well as local tourism actors.
Of course, you will manage the administration of a small team of sales consultants (recruitment, training, schedule management, etc.) and you will encourage their commitment and motivation.
You will need to be able to take initiative, thanks to your sense of perspective and your ability to analyze and solve problems.
You report directly to the President of the franchised company
