Delivery
We prepare and dispatch your orders between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If your order is placed before 1pm, we will dispatch it within 24 hours (while stocks last).
What types of delivery are available in France?
You can choose from the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery: home delivery in 2 to 4 working days for €6.90 (free for orders over €59)
- Point relais delivery: delivery in 3 to 5 working days to a point relais for €4.90 (free for purchases over €39).
- Express delivery: home delivery within 1 working day for €13.20
- In-store, with Click & Collect: free delivery to any of our Panier des Sens boutiques.
Can I have my order delivered to another country?
Of course, here are the countries we deliver to (by zone):

- Zone 2: Germany

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, including the carrier tracking number.

How do I change or add a delivery address?
Log in to your Panier des Sens customer account, then click on the "My account" icon in the top right-hand corner of the site.
Then click on "View addresses" under "Account details", then on "Edit" to modify your address, or on "Add a new address" to create a new one.
You can also choose to delete an address by clicking on "Delete".
Returns :
If you have changed your mind and no longer want your products, you have 14 days following receipt of the products to return them. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Promotional gifts delivered with the products must also be returned to this address with this message by email or post:
"for the attention of PANIER DES SENS RETAIL SARL, parc d'Activité Saint Antoine, boulevard Jules Sébastianelli- 13011 Marseille - [email protected]: i/we (*) hereby notify you/us (*) of my/our (*) withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the goods (*)/for the provision of services (*) below: ordered on (*)/received on (*): name(s) of consumer(s): address(es) of consumer(s): signature(s) of consumer(s) (only in the case of notification of this form on paper): date: (*) delete as appropriate. "
