PANIER DES SENS also has 5 boutiques in France, including 4 in Paris and one in Aix-en-Provence. The company is strengthening its network of boutiques in France through the development of franchise boutiques. One of these will open in spring 2023 in the heart of the historic center of Avignon.

Job description:

As Store Manager, you and your team will be responsible for the quality image of the " Panier des Sens "brand, thanks to a warm customer welcome and attentive service.

You coordinate and optimize your store's day-to-day activities: customer reception and sales, procurement and stock management, merchandising, sales team management.

You train and lead your team, developing a keen sense of hospitality and a taste for selling cosmetics and beauty products.

You'll benefit from the support and expertise of the Franchisor's services: product training, merchandising, in-store services, management of dashboards and sales activity monitoring .

You will report directly to the manager of the franchised company. Profile required With proven management experience as a profit center manager, ideally in specialized retail (perfumery, cosmetics, home decoration, delicatessen, jewelry, etc.), we are looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, rigorous, autonomous person with managerial experience and real potential for development.

In a strong and dynamic local competitive environment, we expect this manager to lead an active business development strategy in liaison with local and visiting customers, as well as with local tourism players.

Of course, you'll be responsible for the administrative management of a small team of sales advisors (recruitment, training, scheduling, etc.), and you'll be responsible for encouraging their commitment and motivation.

You'll need to be able to take the initiative, thanks to your ability to stand back, analyze and solve problems.
