Mediation
Pursuant to Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L. 612-2 of the Consumer Code, has the right to file a request for an amicable resolution through mediation within one year of submitting a written complaint to the business.

PANIER DES SENS has designated, through a membership agreement registered under number 18526/VM/2604, SAS Médiation Solution as its consumer mediation.

To refer a matter to the mediator, the consumer must submit a request:
