Your status changes based on the total amount of your purchases.
Once you reach certain spending thresholds, you’ll gain access to “Insider” statuses that offer exclusive benefits:
- Starting at €60 in purchases: you reach Essential status
- Starting at €150 in purchases: you reach Absolute status
- Starting at €300 in purchases: you reach Iconic status

You can check your status at any time by logging into your Les Initiés Panier des Sens account and going to the “Loyalty Program” tab.
You can also ask a sales associate in-store for more information; just provide your email address at the register.

You can earn points in two ways:
- By making purchases on our website or in-store: 1€ spent = 1 point
- By completing tasks available in your Les Initiés Panier des Sens account

You can check your points balance at any time through your Les Initiés Panier des Sens account.
There you’ll also find:
- Your Initié status
- Your coupons and benefits that have already been unlocked, waiting to be used during your next visit or online purchase.

Your points will be credited automatically once your order is confirmed.

Yes, your points are valid for one year from the date they were earned.

Each point you earn remains available in your Initié account for 12 months.
If points are not redeemed for a reward, they will expire. You will be notified in advance when certain points are about to expire, to encourage you to redeem them for the reward of your choice.

In the event of a return or refund, whether full or partial, the points associated with this order will be automatically deducted from your Les Initiés Panier des Sens account.

Step 1: Go to your Panier des Sens Loyalty account.

Step 2: From the available tasks, select the one labeled “Leave a review.” You can choose to leave a Google Maps review (for a store) or a Judge.me review (for an online experience)—you can also complete both tasks.

Step 3: Enter your email address to be redirected to the review page. Write your review and submit it. If you’d like to add a photo, you can do so.

Step 4: A moderation team verifies that the review complies with the code of conduct and poses no obstacle to its publication.

Step 5: Once your review is approved, it is published, and your loyalty account is automatically credited with the corresponding points.

Follow our social media accounts

The steps are the same. First, click on the task “Follow the Instagram page” or “Follow the TikTok profile” in your loyalty account. You will then be redirected and asked to log in with your email address.

The two email addresses (for your loyalty account and your social media profile) must match.

Some tasks can be completed only once (such as following a social media page), while others can be completed multiple times (such as leaving a review on a purchase).

For each referral:
Your referral receives a €5 discount on their first order.

You also receive a €5 discount to use on your next order of at least €15, once your referral’s order has been confirmed.

The referral program is available to customers who have already placed an order. It is reserved for new customers who are being referred.

Referral discount codes are valid for 14 days for the referred customer and 60 days for the referrer.
