SAFFRON EXTRACT

At the heart of our anti-wrinkle skin care range is Saffron flower petal extract, an exceptional plant active ingredient. This exceptional flower, bursting with flavonoids, a powerful natural antioxidant, is grown in Provence. It is harvested using an ancestral method that involves waiting until early morning in autumn to collect the flower containing the active ingredients by hand, before it wilts. At the heart of this anti-aging night cream, our extract combats the negative impact of oxidative stress on the skin and premature aging. During the night, it acts on epidermal renewal and slows down cutaneous aging for firmer, plumper skin.

PRE- AND POST-BIOTIC

HYALURONIC ACID 

A recognized ingredient in cosmetics, hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the skin, making it perfectly assimilable and very well tolerated.

In the anti-aging night cream, hyaluronic acid is incorporated in two molecular weights to act at different levels in the epidermis.

- In-depth, low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid has a plumping effect. It stimulates the skin's own synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid to reduce both established wrinkles and dehydration lines.

- On the surface, high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid can retain up to 1,000 times its weight in water, protecting against dehydration.

VERBENA EXTRACT

Lemon verbena is adorned with fine leaves that give off a strong lemony scent when crumpled. It's also a medicinal plant, notably used for its effect on sleep disorders. The terpenes it contains, highly potent odorant molecules, act as regulators to soothe and calm nervous states. A paradox of nature, verbena is refreshing and invigorating, while its soothing and relaxing virtues relieve stress on the skin on a daily basis.

It is also a protective cosmetic active ingredient used for its strong antioxidant power in this anti-wrinkle night cream. Extremely rich in phenolic compounds such as flavonoids and tannins, it helps combat the free radicals responsible for premature skin aging.

The texture of Night Face Cream is unctuous and enveloping, for a truly comforting sensation before bedtime. It has a non-greasy, non-sticky finish and is rapidly absorbed.  

Gently apply a dab of night cream to the entire face, neck and décolleté. Massage from the bottom up and from the inside out for a lifting effect.

The facialist's advice for firming the skin on the face and neck:

- With the flat of your hands, stretch your forehead from the inside to the outside of your face, up to the hairline. Place your hands in the center of your face and stretch the material from the inside out.

- Lift your neck from bottom to top, using the flat of your hands and make circular movements over your décolleté.

LOCAL CROPS

In Provence, the ideal terroir for growing saffron, harvesting takes place once a year in the heart of autumn. To preserve its antioxidant properties, the flowers are picked by hand, one by one, in the early hours of the morning, just after the dew has evaporated and before they hatch.

This night face cream is 100% recyclable. Its FSC-certified paper packaging comes from sustainably managed forests, and the cream is kept in a glass jar, the only material that can be recycled ad infinitum.
