The electric diffuser is automatic: it diffuses fragrance at the same intensity throughout a room. To do this, it needs to be permanently plugged into an electrical outlet, which is neither environmentally friendly nor economical. The misting fragrance diffuser, on the other hand, delicately scents a room. Its ultrasonic probe generates a light mist that spreads the fragrance through the air. This probe, fitted with a ceramic membrane, transforms water into a fine mist. But it's quite fragile: for this device to work perfectly, you need neither pure demineralized water nor water that's too hard! At Panier des Sens, we don't recommend these methods of diffusion, which we don't consider environmentally friendly.

Placed inside the container, the Natural rattan reeds soak up the fragrance, diffusing it naturally and subtly over several weeks. Panier des Sens offers eco-responsible fragrance diffusers: no electricity or heat source is required to use the stick diffuser. The fragrance is diffused continuously. Natural rattan reeds are made of natural wood and the formula is composed of a natural alcohol. What better way to perfume your home!

The fragrance is diffused by capillary action: the perfume contained in the bottle rises along the rattan reeds to diffuse the fragrance into the air. How do I use the Cèdre fragrance diffuser? 

To diffuse Cedar Wood fragrance in a room, open the glass bottle and insert the rattan stems. The bottle's capacity is designed to diffuse Cedar Wood fragrance for several months. To refill the fragrance diffuser, use the universal refill: using a funnel, gently fill the bottle with alcohol, then refill with Natural rattan reeds. The intensity of the fragrance can be adjusted to suit your needs, by using only part of the stems for a more subtle fragrance, or by turning the stems upside down for a more intense fragrance. 

How long does fragrance last? 

The Cedar diffuser can scent a room for up to 6 months. This period varies according to several factors: the number of windows in a room, doors left open, air conditioning, heating... But also the number of Natural rattan reeds used. The intensity of the fragrance can be adapted to your needs: if you use only part of the stems, the fragrance will be diffused more slowly and more subtly. For total fragrance diffusion, we recommend using all the Natural rattan reeds and turning them over to diffuse the fragrance more intensely. 

Should I change the Natural rattan reeds on the diffuser? 

Our Natural rattan reeds are designed to guarantee fragrance diffusion throughout the life of the product. Rattan may discolor over time. This is not an indicator of wear and tear, and in no way affects diffusion! To relaunch diffusion after a few weeks' use, turn the sticks upside down. 

How long can I leave the diffuser in a room? 

As long as you like. We still recommend airing your room daily if you can. 

Where to place your home fragrance diffuser? 

To perfume an entire room, place the fragrance diffuser in a room of less than 20 m2. You can also scent the kitchen or toilet to prevent unpleasant odors: Natural rattan reeds have the advantage of diffusing fragrance continuously, so your room will be scented day and night. Cedar Wood home fragrance diffusers are very popular in living areas, such as dining rooms and bedrooms, to help spirits escape after a hard day's work. 

Should all the rattan be put in the reed diffuser? 

The intensity of the fragrance can be adapted to suit your needs. Use only part of the stems for a more subtle fragrance, or turn the stems upside down for a more intense fragrance. In both cases, the Natural rattan reeds in the bottle absorb the fragrance, releasing it continuously. May produce an allergic reaction. Highly flammable liquid and vapors.
